As a small business we are able to give our customers personal attention
and endeavor to deal with all orders promptly and efficiently.
- Yarn / Wool
On receipt of order and payment we should be able to dispatch knitting yarns / wools within 5 working days. If a shade of mohair yarn is out of stock and we need to dye to order then, depending on our workload at that time, dispatch should be between 7 to 14 working days. We can advise at time of order.
— Samples of 5 yarns that may be of interest to you are available on receipt of a stamped, addressed envelope.
- Knitted Items
Hand-knitted or hand-framed items in stock can be dispatched within 5 working days of receipt of payment.
Items to be knitted to order can take 4/6 weeks depending on the knitter’s workload. More accurate timing can be given at the point of order. A full specification including size will be required and we can provide details of the measurements needed and discuss all aspects fully with the customer.
A 50% deposit will be required when the order is placed. The balance due plus p&p (if applicable) will be required when the order is completed and before dispatch.
- Throws and Other Miscellaneous Items shown from time to time on the Website
These items can normally be dispatched within 5 working days.
- Washed/Carded Fleece and Raw Fleeces
These items can normally be dispatched within 5 working days.
- Payment
Cheques or Postal Orders should be drawn in favour of “P.R. & C.S. Everitt”.
Please note we can only deal in British £ Sterling and are not able to advise on conversion to other currencies. We can accept British or foreign payment via PayPal.
- Missing or Damaged Goods
Please contact us if you have not received your order when it is expected or if the goods arrive damaged. Replacement goods or a full refund, including postage costs, will be made and in the case of damage, on receipt of returned goods together with all packaging.
- Returning Goods
You may change your mind and cancel your order at any time from placing your order until 7 working days after you take delivery. Your cancellation must be in writing, i.e. letter or email. The cost of returning the goods, which must be undamaged so they can be resold at the full price, will remain your responsibility. Proof of posting should be obtained as The Honorwood Flocks cannot be responsible and refund non-receipt of returns even if lost in the post.
Items produced to an individual specification, e.g. hand knitted or hand framed knitwear, cannot normally be returned unless the item is faulty when delivered or fails to meet the specification.
- Privacy Statement
The Honorwood Flocks is committed to protecting the privacy of our website visitors and that of our customers. We only collect data necessary for the completion of your order, and do not disclose the personal information of any of our customers, other than for the purpose of fulfilling your order, i.e. arranging for your order to be sent to you.
We will only use your email address for the purposes of processing your order or for queries we may have concerning your order.
